When you're training for the Weet-Bix Tryathlon, you will need to make sure you're eating the right kind of food. You'll need three good meals and a couple of healthy snacks in between.
To keep your energy levels up, make sure you eat something before and after your training. Make sure you eat plenty of Weet-Bix as they are packed with carbohydrates for energy and are made from 97% wholegrains. You will also need to drink around 6-8 glasses of water per day. It's a good idea to have a drink bottle holder on your bike. While you're training, you might also like to take one to the pool when you're swimming.
