Bike and helmet safety checklist
It is strongly recommended to have a Bike Safety Check for participation in the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon.
The Bike Safety Checks are available 3 weeks prior to the event or tryathletes may have a
Bike Safety Check on the day of the event at the Avanti tent.
For Health and Safety reasons, we ask that participant's bikes and helmets be safety checked
prior to the event. Free Bike and Helmet safety checks can be undertaken at your local Avanti bike
store prior to the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon. The Avanti store checking your bike and helmet for
the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon will do so according to the Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon Bike and Helmet Safety
Checklist, which you can download below.
All participants who have their bike safety checked will go into the draw* to win an
Avanti Black Thunder or one of 10 Weet-Bix Merchandise Packs.
* Bike will be drawn on Monday 9th April 2012 at Santarium Head Office.
